Privacy notice
How Fleeet handles personal data on www.fleeet.io. Last updated 21 October 2026.
Who we are
www.fleeet.io is run by Banjouli AB (org. nr 559481-6497), Malmö, Sweden, which is the controller for the personal data described here. Write to [email protected] about anything in this notice.
What this notice covers
This website. The Fleeet products, such as the portal, Capsules and Kickoff, come with their own terms.
No cookies of our own
Fleeet sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. We store one thing in your browser: your answer to the YouTube question, so we do not ask again. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of the page.
The Renault film and YouTube
The film on our homepage is hosted on YouTube. It loads only if you allow YouTube or click play. When it loads, YouTube (Google) stores data on your device and receives your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy. If you say no, nothing is sent to YouTube. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw in Cookie settings.
Counting visits
Our server counts page views by day, page, the website that linked to us and the country of the visit. It stores no IP address, no browser details and nothing that identifies you, and it puts nothing on your device. These counts are not personal data.
Server and network logs
To deliver and protect the site, our hosting providers process your IP address and the request your browser sends: Cloudflare, which routes and protects the traffic, and Heroku (Salesforce), which runs our server in the United States. Heroku also asks your browser to report a small sample of requests and connection errors to it. We do not store these logs ourselves; the providers keep them for a short time under their own terms. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
When you email us
If you write to [email protected] or another Fleeet address, we receive your name, address and what you write. Our email is hosted by Proton in Switzerland. We use it to answer you and to work with you, and keep it as long as that relationship needs it, or longer where the law requires it, for example for accounting. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering, or taking steps toward an agreement you asked for.
Outside the EU
Heroku, Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. These providers transfer data under the safeguards EU law provides, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your personal data, and to correct, delete or restrict it, to object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
Changes
We update this notice when what we do changes, and change the date at the top.
